Return and refund policy

VVINONA products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. For all return, refund or order enquiries, please contact VVINONA at vvinona.shop@gmail.com.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing us with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Under our voluntary 30-day return offer, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with any original tags attached. Please retain the original packaging where possible.

Contact us before posting your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items to a fulfilment facility or the address on your parcel without checking with us first.

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of posting. This does not affect any statutory rights you have.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email vvinona.shop@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your applicable consumer rights. You will not be responsible for necessary return postage where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Contact us if you need a different size or item. We will explain the available return and replacement options before you place another order.

Cancellations

Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. As products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that production can be stopped. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.

European Union cooling-off rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, or the last item where an order is delivered separately.

Email vvinona.shop@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will provide return instructions. Statutory withdrawal rights are separate from our voluntary 30-day return offer and are not restricted by its eligibility conditions.

Refunds

For returns under our voluntary policy, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Where statutory cancellation or consumer rights apply, we will follow the applicable refund deadlines and requirements, including any entitlement to reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Sale items remain subject to those rights.
